Trade compliance

POTUS, established in April 2019, deals in storage, distribution, import/export of sugar, animal feed, rice, and vegetable oils. We provide end-to-end solutions, including packaging and logistics. Initially focused on local distribution, we shifted to exporting sugar and PP bags. With a young, experienced team, POTUS has grown over the years with plans to acquire Packaging Units and diversify into Retail Distribution, aiming to meet global commodity demands.

POTUS specializes in areas like post-harvest services, B2B food export platforms, and agricultural commodity marketplaces which enables us to play a pivotal role in pricing, globalization, and food value chain for commodities like rice, oil and sugar. It so happens that sometimes major exporters like India impose export bans, which lead to price hikes globally. We play a small but significant part in stabilizing prices by sourcing from regions with surplus and supplying to areas with deficits.
We connect producers in one country to consumers worldwide, enabling the global flow of goods. This fosters international trade relationships and ensures that countries with limited production capabilities can access essential commodities, at the same time ensuring that international standards are met, improving overall quality. In the process of making business more profitable, POTUS streamlines logistics, reducing wastage and ensuring timely delivery.
